PBS has acquired North American distribution rights to Charm City! As part of the deal, the film will have a limited theatrical release in the Fall of 2018, followed by a broadcast TV premiere on Independent Lens later in 2019. Read more here.
Charm City, the feature documentary Bernier edited in 2017, will make its world premiere at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival! Charm City, the feature doc that Bernier is currently editing, has been selected as a grantee for the IDA's inaugural Enterprise Documentary Fund. This grant awards films taking on in-depth explorations of original, contemporary stories and integrating journalistic practice into the filmmaking process. Charm City is being directed by Marilyn Ness.
Charm City, Don's current edit project, was one of eight documentaries in progress selected to attend the 2017 Sundance Documentary Edit & Story Labs in Provo, UT. Directed by Marilyn Ness and produced by Katy Chevigny, Charm City is a Big Mouth Productions film.
