Charm City, the feature doc that Bernier is currently editing, has been selected as a grantee for the IDA’s inaugural Enterprise Documentary Fund. This grant awards films taking on in-depth explorations of original, contemporary stories and integrating journalistic practice into the filmmaking process. Charm City is being directed by Marilyn Ness.
